Virtual Workshop: Teaching LCTLs (Less Commonly Taught Languages) at Hispanic-Serving Institutions

This workshop invites language experts across the US to share evidence-based insights on how to help recruit and sustain enrollments in critical LCTLs at Hispanic-Serving Institutions. The initial focus is at Hispanic-Serving Institutions, with presentations expanding to LCTLs at other institutions. Invited presenters will provide strategies for student recruitment, retention, and success, and discuss ways in which they have integrated AI and other platforms into their classes.

During registration, attendees will select panels in which they would like to participate. They may attend any combination of these sessions:
