CEAS has the tools you need to add East Asia to your lessons.

Item in focus - そろばん Japanese soroban abacus

Learn math the East Asian way! Students across East Asia practice a form of the abacus at school or in after-school lessons. You can provide the same experience to your students using this class set of 40 soroban. Using the beads to count ones and fives provides a scaffold to mental arithmetic while introducing your students to a new perspective on how they view doing math.
