Bio: Since 2005, Lucy Craft has been a TV/radio reporter and producer focusing on politics, economy, and culture in Asia for the Tokyo Bureau of CBS News, a major American broadcaster. From 1982-2004, she was a Tokyo-based freelance reporter-producer. Her stories have been broadcast on NPR, PBS, and BBC and published in Nikkei Shimbun, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and National Geographic. Earlier in her career, Ms. Craft worked for the State News Service, The Washington Star newspaper, And United Press International, with stints as a wire service reporter, editorial assistant, and freelance reporter.
